1 — التعاملات بين اللاعبين | Player Transactions
العربي: إدارة EgyCo غير مسؤولة عن عمليات البيع أو الشراء أو التبادل بين اللاعبين، سواء داخل اللعبة أو خارجها. أي اتفاق مالي بين اللاعبين يتم على مسؤولية الأطراف المشاركة فيه بالكامل.
English: EgyCo Management is not responsible for sales, purchases, or trades between players, whether inside or outside the game. Any financial agreement is entirely the responsibility of the parties involved.
2 — Gold / CP والعملات داخل اللعبة | In-Game Currency
العربي: الإدارة غير مسؤولة عن طريقة استخدام أو إنفاق Gold أو CP أو أي عملات وموارد افتراضية داخل اللعبة. اللاعب مسؤول عن قراراته المتعلقة برصيده وممتلكاته داخل اللعبة.
English: Management is not responsible for how Gold, CP, or any virtual currency or resources are used or spent. Players are responsible for their decisions regarding their in-game balances and property.
3 — الشحن والتبرعات | Payments & Donations
العربي: أي مبلغ يتم دفعه من خلال طرق الدفع الرسمية الخاصة بالسيرفر يعتبر دعمًا أو تبرعًا للمساعدة في تكاليف تشغيل وتطوير السيرفر.
English: Any payment made through the server's official payment methods is considered support or a donation to help cover the costs of operating and developing the server.
4 — سياسة استرداد الأموال | Refund Policy
العربي: تخضع طلبات الاسترداد والإلغاء للشروط المعلنة والقوانين المعمول بها. بإتمام الدفع، يقر اللاعب بأنه قام بالعملية بإرادته.
English: Refund and cancellation requests are subject to the announced terms and applicable laws. By completing a payment, the player acknowledges that the transaction was made voluntarily.
5 — مسؤولية الحساب | Account Responsibility
العربي: اللاعب مسؤول عن حسابه وبيانات الدخول الخاصة به. لا تشارك كلمة المرور مع أي شخص. الإدارة غير مسؤولة عن فقدان الحساب نتيجة مشاركة بياناته مع الآخرين.
English: Players are responsible for their accounts and login credentials. Never share your password. Management is not responsible for account loss caused by sharing account information.
6 — النصب وانتحال الشخصية | Fraud & Impersonation
العربي: يمنع انتحال شخصية الإدارة أو الـ Game Masters أو استخدام اسم السيرفر في عمليات نصب. الإدارة غير مسؤولة عن الأموال المرسلة لأشخاص غير معتمدين رسميًا.
English: Impersonating management or Game Masters, or using the server name for scams, is prohibited. Management is not responsible for money sent to unauthorized individuals.
7 — استغلال الثغرات | Bugs & Exploits
العربي: يمنع استغلال أي Bug أو Glitch للحصول على Gold أو CP أو Items أو أفضلية غير مستحقة. يجب الإبلاغ عن الثغرات للإدارة بدلًا من استغلالها.
English: Exploiting bugs or glitches to obtain Gold, CP, Items, or an unfair advantage is prohibited. Discovered bugs must be reported to management instead of being exploited.
8 — برامج الغش | Cheats & External Programs
العربي: يمنع استخدام Bot أو أدوات أو برامج خارجية أو تعديلات تمنح اللاعب أفضلية غير عادلة أو تؤثر على طريقة عمل اللعبة. يحق للإدارة اتخاذ الإجراء المناسب.
English: Bots, external tools, programs, or modifications that provide an unfair advantage or affect game operation are prohibited. Management may take appropriate action.
9 — العقوبات والحظر | Punishments & Bans
العربي: يحق لإدارة EgyCo اتخاذ إجراءات ضد الحسابات المخالفة، بما يشمل التحذير أو إزالة بعض المميزات أو الإيقاف المؤقت أو الحظر النهائي، حسب نوع المخالفة.
English: EgyCo Management may take action against accounts that violate the rules, including warnings, removal of benefits, temporary suspension, or permanent banning, depending on the violation.
10 — السلوك والاحترام | Behavior & Respect
العربي: يجب احترام اللاعبين الآخرين. يمنع السب أو التهديد أو العنصرية أو المضايقات أو أي سلوك يضر بتجربة الآخرين.
English: Players must respect others. Insults, threats, racism, harassment, and any behavior that harms other players' experience are prohibited.
11 — قرارات الإدارة | Management Decisions
العربي: تحتفظ إدارة EgyCo بحق مراجعة المخالفات واتخاذ القرارات المناسبة للحفاظ على استقرار السيرفر وعدالة اللعب.
English: EgyCo Management reserves the right to review violations and make appropriate decisions to maintain server stability and fair gameplay.
12 — تحديث القوانين | Rule Updates
العربي: يحق للإدارة تعديل القوانين أو إضافة قوانين جديدة أو حذف قوانين عند الحاجة. يجب مراجعة النسخة الحالية من القوانين باستمرار.
English: Management may modify, add, or remove rules when necessary. Players should review the current version of the rules regularly.
13 — الموافقة على القوانين | Agreement to the Rules
العربي: باستخدامك لموقع EgyCo أو خدماته أو دخولك إلى اللعبة، فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت القوانين وفهمتها ووافقت عليها وتتحمل مسؤولية الالتزام بها.
English: By using the EgyCo website or services, or entering the game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these rules and accept responsibility for complying with them.
